Land Registry
The Gladedale Land is registered with the Gloucester Office
of the Land Registry under two Titles:
BK181990 for all the GUDL land
North of the High Street.
BK1107 for all the GUDL land
South of the High Street.
Specific BK181990:
1. This covers OS field reference numbers 3200 and 3686.
2. The plan shows the property ownership is exactly as has been
indicated by GUDL to date.
3. Purchase price was £450,000.
4. There are Rights granted to Thames Water.
5. There are no other Rights of Way.
Specific BK1107:
1. This covers broadly OS field reference numbers 2565, 4160,
4663, 5260 and 5156.
2. The plan shows the property ownership is exactly as has been
indicated by GUDL to date.
3. Purchase price was £1,550,000.
4. Covenants: There is just one on boundary structures.
5. There are numerous Rights of Way clauses, e.g. for use of
driveways or services.
Applying to both Titles:
1. Ownership of both Titles is 100% GUDL.
2. Lender/Charges: The Bank of Scotland loaned them the money
(or at least most of it - the Titles do not clarify how much).
3. Restrictions: The Bank of Scotland have to be informed of
any disposition in whole or in part on either Title.
4. Covenants: There are no covenants affecting building etc
on any of the land. |
